It has been clearly mentioned in the ToR that Kick -off workshop is mandatory. However due to
Municipal Elections / Code of Conduct, if Kick off workshop has not been conducted then inception report can be
submitted with following details:
- Approach and Methodology.
- Preliminary analysis of the town.
- Presentation prepared for the workshop.
- Details of meeting with the ULB officials.
- Photographs and minutes of the meeting.
- Details as mentioned in ToR (except workshop details in case not conducted).
- Reasons specifying : why Kick-off workshop has not been conducted and when is it planned?
